We Will Remember Them

The band was proud to once again be part of Alcester’s remembrance weekend. We were able to raise funds for the Royal British Legion with a concert in St Nicholas’ Church on the Saturday night and then led the parade up the High Street on the Sunday morning. Our principal cornet, Ian Rochester, then played the Last Post as part of the open air (and slightly damp) service. As a community band, it is important to us collectively that we are able to provide this service to the town.
