National Youth

One of our solo cornets, Jennifer Richardson, has just completed a week’s course in Taunton with the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain under the direction of Martyn Brabbins, Musical Director of the English National Opera with tutors from the top bands in the country. The course culminated in a concert at the Royal College of Music, including the wold premiere of Hyperlink by Peter Graham – this year’s national championship test piece.

The band offers its congratulations to Jenny and her follow members and hope they had a wonderful and inspirational week.
